Transparency in Coverage

In compliance with the federal Transparency in Coverage rule, Farmington Displays, Inc.'s group health plan publishes machine-readable files containing negotiated rates and out-of-network allowed amounts for covered services.

These files are provided and hosted by our health plan carrier, Cigna, and are updated monthly. They are intended for research and analysis and are formatted for use by third-party tools, not for individual lookup of costs.

For a personalized estimate of costs, employees and dependents should contact Cigna directly using the member services number on their insurance card, or log in to their Cigna member account.
